FEATURES

* Very luxury and classy styled prefab club
* Exclusive texturing and pro quality built! (we care about details!)
* Low scripted as possible (1 script in our greeter in the entrance in our unfurnished setup) so lowest lag possible club building!
* Large classy wooden dance floor (20x20) with bannisters
* little podium for live events
* 2 spiral stairs to access 2nd floor

* club is surrounded by a large stone deck with nice detail

* Flags that can be easily retextured ofcourse (default is dutch and south african, because we are... yes dutch and south african at harry's houses haha)
* 2 different kinds of potted palms. very high quality plants, can be easily copied and resized (only 3 prim per potted plant!)
* Stylish animated loungers (5 sit animations). animation menu is located in the pillow, simply touch it. (9 prims per chair)
* side tables to go with the loungers (6prim)
* Exclusive bar stools, female and male edition. (11prims each)
* Exclusive classy bar. Filled with drinks (touch the bottles behind). no cheap texture bottles used! This is true class as it should be!
* DJ BOOTH for 2(!) DJ's. Beautiful detailed dj booth with record collections. Seats two djs. One dj sits on the booth (2 animations to choose from) another dj can 'sit' on the record shelves and be his assistant (2 different animations for him as well)
* Realistic looking speaker sets! Very cool sets, in two variants... 15 and 30 prims each.
