The "Info Announcer" whispers/says/shouts text which is setup in a notecard.
It uses randomly selected text blocks from a config notecard. It allows to choose wether it whispers/says/shouts and at which intervall.

V2.1 also allows to keep your text blocks in same sequence as defined in the notecard.
