This is a relatively simple two room cottage. Simple though it is, the attic is open and could be used accessing via a transporter or landmark to get there. The cottage was originally designed to back against a hill, so there are no windows in the back of the cottage. This is typical in some buildings where the back of the building faces north, especially in Provence. The shutters on the four windows can be controlled individually. You can select from any of four shutter colors and have the shutters in an open or closed position. The exterior door and interior door can each have their own auto-close time or be disabled completely. The doors can be locked with two levels of management. Total land impact and script load is quite low, making this an ideal solution for a sim with numerous low-end homes.
