While the model work is good having them be non-copy and non-modify makes this a tricky item to make your own. I would not recommend for builders looking to customize their space.

great stuff, i love the heater and my fav is the umbrela, id fix the textures for the coffee car to something a little better suited for it, and i mean mostly the metal textures because any noob could see that those are freebee metal textures, tisk tisk, you should know better :) . but besides that i loved it, i almost laughed because it was just so cool.
