● It is designed to suit professional use for landlords who own rentals and skyboxes.
● With it being copyable it is perfect to be used on multiple parcels or regions.
● Easy to use, simply rez the base unit, deed the counter object to the land group (if there are any) then turn it on.
● It will display the prims count on the parcel or region where it is rezed.
○ You rent plots and skyboxes? Fine, you can rez individual units for each one of your tenants.
● Tenant units are provided with copy permission, you can rez as many as you need.
● This system works per parcel. If your region is not subdivided, then only one base is required, no need to rez more.
● The landlord can add up to 5 admins to manage the system.
● You can set a specific user by entering their avatar UUID in the individual unit.
● You can set a limit to the amount of prims they can rez.
○ If the limit is reached, a sound alarm start ringing followed by a warning sent to the set user and a notification sent to the landlord.
○ Do not buy this product if you are not the owner of the parcel or region you want to use it on.

It's OK not great
It only lets you set 1 specific user, would be better if it could set multiple users but not all. Also, the notification is only shown in nearby chat, no IM to tell you if a user is over limit.

You Can Stop Looking Now
Well worth the price and here is why.
1. 1-Li
2. Drop it, push the buttons for setting up, and you are done
3. Counts all prims and has notification and alarm (dummy proof).
4. It is a copy version, so if you deal with rentals, this is a MUST have.
5. Customer service is outstanding. MrErgo works diligently to make sure his products work and customers are satisfied.
I've spent way too much L$ on other inadequate prim counters with much more setup requirements. This one is perfect in my opinion.
