This Studio-Store comes in three different versions,sold individually: White exterior with purple-lavender interior, White exterior with black, red and gold interior and one with black and red exterior with black, gold and red interior.
This is the NEWPORT version 2 a large quality built structure measuring 62M X 46M and is 170 LI.It is designed to be successfully used as an upscale photo studio, fine retail establishment, Art gallery, club or any enterprise that may require a building of this size. This is a two story structure with stairway rooftop access to additional usable space.
As a photo studio, this structure contains two studios and two large galleries for displaying your work and an accessible rooftop for large props for photo shoots. The large size of this structure also nicely accommodates a retail environment providing ample wall space for merchandise displays and an open air sales area on the roof. And of course this building can be copied and modified.
Included in the sale of this building is a nine piece display fixture set. All pieces can be copied, resized and stacked for endless creative display possibilities. Pieces also come with modify permissions enabling you to modify shape and texture color if you desire. LI on fixtures are from 3 to 8 depending on fixture.

I said I would be back when purchasing the last store and again I found exactly what I needed.
The build is great, rezzing works pretty easy and delivery was instantly.
OMG Kandi... seriously.. how do you just keep improving on your buildings? This is my 5th building purchase from this builder and I have been pleased with every single one. the textures are awesome, the layout easy to work with. We use all of her builds on our parcel. The look connected, cohesive and work perfectly with our gothic steampunk look. But they would function with so many other styles as well.
