This unit is the Nieuw studio-store. This is a new version of one of our most popular units, but with a smaller footprint. Built from a 25x25 base. Building is slightly larger due to front steps. Can be used as a store, photo shop, Gallery, office, club, Or whatever you might need a building this size for. The building is 64 LI. Building comes with 4 way tint windows, sliding doors a second floor balcony. The purchase of this building includes a very attractive six piece display fixture set. The building and fixtures come with copy and modify permissions so you can change the shape and look if you so desire. Delivered in Rez Faux easy Rez system. Building is very nicely textured inside and out.
This two story building works quite well as a Photography Studio or store, an attractive space to display your photographic work or other merchandise.
