{FEATURES}

1) Includes 3 Versions of the Concordia Bench. Version 1 has a cushion and gives you 18 bench textures to choose from in the menu. Version 2 has a cushion as well, but it is linked into the bench menu and will change texture with the bench texture. This menu gives you 12 choices to choose from. The 3rd version comes with no cushion, but still has a texture change menu with 18 different bench textures.
2) Each bench comes with 9 preset single sits for 2 set up for average sized avatars. You can adjust poses in the menu, but keep in mind if you alter the size of this item, some animations may no longer work correctly.
3) If your avatar does not sit correctly, you may need to turn your AO off, Some AO's are not configured to sit on any object.

{IMPORTANT NOTES}

1) Please be sure to wear your land group tag when rezzing this item or you may lose your purchase. When you receive the boxed item, the box will say No Copy, however once rezzed and taken back into inventory, you will than have a boxed copy of your purchase if the item was a Copy Item.
2) This is a Modify / Copy item and you may rezz as many copies as you like, you will also be able to modify them without the fear of ruining your initial purchase as long as you keep a copy of the original purchase.
3) This build may be linked and set to optimize the land impact as low as possible, but any unlinking or alterations may increase the land impact of this build.
4) You must have land rights or visit a sandbox to rezz this item.
