{FEATURES}

1) The Tsukino Cottage is a complete home that has been built with nearly 100 prims, but through the magic of SL has been lowered to 16 prims while still keeping the charm and detail of the build.
2) The Tsukino Cottage comes with a window menu with 18 different choices to change the feel of the interior space.
3) You can further lower the prims of the cottage to as little as 12 if you feel you do not need some or all of the invisible prims at the steps and rails.
4)The cottage foot print is approximately 25M x 30m with the included deck, rails and stairs.
5) The cottage pocket doors will open by either touch or collision and will auto close after entering or exiting.

{IMPORTANT NOTES}

1) Although this is a Copy item and you may rezz as many copies as you like, you will not be able to modify any or transfer them to another avatar.
2) This build will be shipped in a rezzor, so please read the entire note card before attempting to rezz this item to prevent possible issues.
3) Please try re-setting scripts if any function of this build appears not to work before asking for assistance. Thanks :)
4) You must have land rights or visit a sandbox to rezz this item.

{EASE OF REZZING}

1) Unpack the rezzor and Note card from the shipping box , after reading the Note card just
choose the area where you want your build.
2) Find the center of the area that you chose for your build and drag the rezzor to that center point. Hover or stand away from the rezzor before you click on it.
3) Simply click the rezzor and choose build and the rezzor will than open the build in the chosen area.
4) You can now position the build as you like by moving the rezzor if it is not in the exact spot you want.
5) Once you are happy with where the build is, just click the rezzor and choose done. You can than take or delete the rezzor. Good luck and enjoy your build. :)
