If you are going to rent some of your land but do not have many prim's, then this is a super starter unit, it has 4 section and each is a separate unit with its own door and it has a footprint of 13x13. Total prim's are 37, so that's only 9.25 prim's per unit which means your land prim's will stretch further for other items.

not bad for the price
its a pretty little build BUT the texture need some work
as long as your good at the horizontal /vertical scales and offsets its wonderful buy
