Packed into an easy Rezzer, Click, Rez,
Move into place with the rezzer,
Click rezzer again once in place, select Finish,
Now you may delete the Rezzer,
your ready to move in.

A sweet little house
This little beach house is well made. Yes is true it is no mod but for the door but if you need just a small home with low prims this is a good one :)
Its NO MODIFY
It says modify so thats why I bought it. Unfortunately when I rezzed it its no modify ..sigh. I can't use it as is, I needed it to be modifiable. Be careful if you're looking for a house thats modify.
