Wonderful Li cottage.

As usual, Rik has textured his work immaculately - the house is a joy to look at. Including the deck area, the footprint is 8m x 10m (and 4.5m high) so the building fits easily into small spaces. The entire piece is one linked unit, so the doors cannot move; I'd love to see a version of this where they could - but for the price? An unbeatable bargain. Thank you!

yes, shocked! i gave it a try and i could not believe this cottage, at ONLY 10 L, look so perfect! 4 prims, not scripted door or windows (is mod so you can add scripts) - but the textures and details are stunning! Picture is not "saying" this:) with some arrangements inside and outside you can have a beautiful spot on your sim/parcel. Thank you, Rik!
