Roomy and rustic, the Cottonwood is a large log and stone home with a full kitchen, dining area, a large great room, and four bedrooms plus a large attic loft area that could serve as a fifth. Despite its size and detail, it still comes in at a respectable 374 prims.
Two working lanterns flank the carved front doors. The great room has floor to ceiling windows and a large stone fireplace complete with a trophy moosehead (can be easily deleted if not wanted). The fireplace has custom opening doors that allow access to light the fire. A second fireplace is on the other side in the dining room.
The kitchen features working appliances and a sink that fills and drains by touching the faucet. The doors open on the fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The burners on the stove light at a touch and a vent rises from the counter behind the stove. Sculpted patio doors slide open to a flagstone patio. Two bedrooms complete the main floor.
The second floor has a walkway that overlooks the great room and there are also two more bedrooms. A second set of custom made log stairs lead up to the attic loft. Two skylights and large windows give it an open feel and a small balcony overlooks the great room.
All windows are tintable to six levels using either of the controllers (great room and attic loft) from clear to full black. The inside and outside can be tinted to different levels if desired. For example, the outside can be made full black for privacy and the inside can be lighter so you can still see out.
Both fireplaces work independently from one another and can be lit by opening the doors and touching the logs. Smoke comes from the chimney when either fire is lit.
It also has the Wolf River snow roof texture changer. Touching the roof (owner only) changes it from summer to winter, complete with icicles hanging from the eaves.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money. Customer service is very important to me and I will do whatever it takes to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
