Very friendly with high AND low graphical settings! This is a scale-able mesh building / skybox apartment. Included are the textures with full permissions. Modding experience is required if you wish to modify or change the textures.

It's great! Just what I was looking for.
I was having difficulty finding small and low-LI apartments / homes, but I finally stumbled across this one.
In-world, it looks great. I have my graphics card set on low because my computer is a weakling, but even with that on low, this skybox looks amazing. It's roomier than it looks in the ad's photo, but still not very large if you need something for a small plot.
