USE
To use the Realistic Alternate Dumbbell Curls, just wear the 2 objects (Realistic Alternate Dumbbell Curls: R + L) and then click on the "Realistic Alternate Dumbbell Curls - R" object to Start/Stop Animation.

Embarrassing to use with Aesthetic.....seriously. lol
The plate's texture indicates each plate is 1.25KG that's only 2.76 Lbs. per plate. Maybe the smaller plates weigh 1.25KG the larger plates probably 2.30KG about 5 Lbs. each. That's not an impressive amount of weight to be curling. About 15 Lbs. per dumbbell? Four thick plates weighing 25KG texture on each dumbbell about 225Lbs. would look impressive.
