Caveat emptor
Gorgeous, but ... unfortunately not really usable. Even putting aside the fact that the mesh is horribly unoptimized, LOD levels aren't implemented properly, so even with a raised RenderVolumeLODFactor setting the building will start folding into triangles even at fairly close distances.
Set to 3, the belfry is the first to go at 15m, the tower/dome will wink out at 50m. Then finally at around 110m, the remainder of the building will collapse into a couple of triangles.
That said, it _is_ an awesome design, at a very competitive price point. I am sure there are use cases where the aforementioned shortcoming will be acceptable, and then it's certainly a viable choice -- which is why I think it still deserves a medium rating.
I would love to see this updated, even if it means raising the price, towards a more optimized and LOD-resistant model, so it could be used in general sim-building. Until then, buyer beware!
