It's cozy and inviting
I like how it's set up, the statues, the benches, the lighting. It looks really good and for the price you can't go wrong. And truthfully, I bought it to see this creator's work. I plan on, based on this build, buying more.
Pretty darn good, better for modification
So I'll be honest I wasn't using this for its total piece, I was using parts for it to make a different tomb. Its an amazingly good buy, great design, fantastic in general. Some recommendations, however:
You can MASSIVELY reduce the Land Impact by changing the prim walls/prims that are present to convex hull in sections to avoid messing up the walkmesh. I didn't do an exact prediction but I am pretty sure you could drop the build to 30 LI at least.
The textures are a little meh but look better than depicted. It's honestly good.
Statues are WONDERFUL. Benches are good and more importantly. THREE PERSON BENCHES. Overall 4 stars because i feel it could use some editing to really shine.

Looks just like the pic, and modifyable to boot! I even figured out a way to animate the coffin to open and close! The torch sounds were a little annoying because there seemed to be a mouse click in there, but you can just turn those off by clicking on the torches themselves. Love it!
