COVER: Birthday Wishes

A menu makes it easy to add your message, which will be shown in chat when the card is touched.
When the recipient touches the envelope, the card will be rezzed. Touching the card cover opens the card. See a demo at Beck's in-world. Easy instructions are included for putting the card back in the envelope.
