This is an adorable house that is great for small plots of land with low prim counts - the house only uses 40 prims. You can easily customize the house by changing the textures of walls and windows and such, but the provided textures allow you to easily and quickly set up an elegant and comfortable little dwelling for your avatar.
The outside of the house is Tudor style with beams and a stucco like texture, a dark tile roof and a large stained glass dome on the apex of the roof. The wood trim is dark, brazilian Rosewood. The tile floor extends to the patio, which surrounds the property and is guarded by a low wrought iron gate, making this house suitable to be placed on columns or in any high place from which avatars and small children could easily fall.
Two wrought iron windows provide scenic neighborhood views (though if your neighborhood is like mine you're free to cover these with window shades or replace the textures with stained glass!) The interior of the house is decorated with a very pretty grey and silver wall paper, painted cloud and sky ceilings, and tiled floors to match the exterior patio. The semi-transparent stained glass dome on the roof is a nice, unique touch that will be a conversation starter among your guests.
The octagonal shape provides maximum living space and excellent camera view from almost any angle.
The house comes complete with a scripted door with open/close sounds and an easy locking mechanism to keep out uninvited visitors.
