Landimpact can change if you resize it. It will also increase, if you unlink the whole house at once. So if you want to edit single parts better unlink just those linked objects.

Footsize:
About 21 x 17 meters including stairs and ground shadow
Fits perfect on a 1024 sqm parcel.

Modify:
The house appears as no modify in your inventory. That's just because of the door scripts, the structure however is all modify.

Frame curtain is inlcuded but can be unlinked and removed without leaving 'shadow marks' on floor or wall. Same with the half wall near the entry door.

Doors, windows and curtain are scripted with the Kool Door system, so you can change some settings like access and open/close behaviour.
