Having started with the title, I will continue. The layout is absolutely perfect, it's fully mod so you can mess with it as much as you like. However! A little more attention could have been paid to this. The corners do not align, nor do a lot of the textures. Walls clip into each other. And renaming the parts you used would have made me feel a lot less cheated, given you used zimberlabs components, and too many for each single straight wall. Other than that, it's a good build and one I would show to others with the intent of buying.
