February 2019: This is a classic prefab... built with classic prims. No mesh. So... if you like it "retro" ;-)

Size: Building (w/o sidewalk): 32m x 26m
sidewalk/foundation: 32m x 32m (standard 1024sqm-parcel)
Special features: light (auto-on/off at dusk/dawn according to region-cycle)
