February 2019: This is a classic prefab... built with classic prims. No mesh. So... if you like it "retro" ;-)

additional racks/promotional sign: 2 prims each (copy/mod)
+ 1 prim for the “sun remote”
Size: Building (w/o sidewalk): 16m x 26m
sidewalk/foundation: 16m x 32m (standard 512sqm-parcel)
Features: light (auto-on/off at dusk/dawn according to region-cycle)
