[DF] Script - Collision IM & Give (ADD)

This is ONLY a script.

Explained area for edits at the top of the script. Script can be added to most any object to send an IM and give items to people who collide with the object.

Designed with the following attributes:

- detects collisions
- the object can be phantom or not phantom (set in the script not the edit window of the object)
- specify text to be given in local chat to the person colliding (optional)
- gives items in the object's inventory to the person colliding (optional)
- checks permissions of items to be given as they are added
- this script is well commented to assist in the learning of scripting in SL
