[RICh] Flickering Light-Full Perm

This is ONLY a script that comes with an example of a standard prim.

Explained area for edits at the top of the script. Script can be added to most any object for a flickering light affect.

Designed for the following lighting attributes:

- specify a maximum intensity and it "randomly" blinks at varying levels of intensity
- 2 Timing effects to fine tune and control the actual flickering effect
- specify a single face or all faces of the object
- projected/prim light enabled (requires ALM to view)
- set color, radius and falloff
- glow enabled
- full bright enabled
