DFS Tea - Earl Grey Tea Set

After a long day of DFS farming what could be better than a nice hot cuppa to pick up the energy again!

I've wanted a tea set for a while. This seemed to tick all my boxes but it did not rez until my second purchase, and then to my dissapointment, was also seemingly decorative only. I'm new so I try to take care and read before buying. The description on this was bare minimum. Perhaps something a more experienced resident could decipher but I am most disappointed. Price matters, of course, but I hadn't intended to just swap one decoration for another.
