A simple but tastefully built boathouse for your waterfront property or marina dwelling. Comprising of parking space below for your small craft or speedboat, and spacious living accomodation above, the boathouse is finished in pastel blue and white timbers which allow the build to blend in to most environments.
It is copy and modify, so a marina owner can rez as many as required to fill the waterfront, and also re-colour the house if necessary.
The front aspect has a garage door to conceal your boat if needed, and a sliding glass door above which leads to a large veranda. Plenty of room for furniture or sunbeds, or just to stand and look out over the water.
Access to the living area is via the staircase at the side of the building. A door leads from the boat space to a small deck, with a further door at the top of the stairs. From the outside, it's an 'all timber' build but from the inside, panoramic windows give you a complete view of your surroundings.
The house is unfurnished, measures approximately 10m x 12m, and weighs in with a land impact of just 14.

Perfect size for a perfect little space and even better then the picture.
Always appreciate tallented mesh builders
This is perfect for space saving and locations with limited land to use. Works pretty well for my little corner place and facility. It's a cleaver design and really well made. However like some mesh builds this one you may have to adjust your viewers settings to a higher draw distance which for some may not be possible with out facing issues.
