And totally modifiable.

However...after reading the reviews of others I noticed people were speaking of how it's not modifiable and couldn't change the shade of the colors. This comes down to two things. First those that said so have little understanding of building. And second the creator could have explained a bit how to modify it. As it consists of layers and to change the colour of the desk one should click on the second layer just underneath the invisible one (check edge when in edit mode).
Now that being said.. the creator gets extra credits as he/she added a darker version when you buy this one (not sure if this was already the case before the reviews).

Pros: modifiable, design
Cons: lack of info on how to modify
Price: Absolutely perfect!!!

It's a good product for its price. Good effect being rezzed. I'm satisfied.

It's nice from the price an the layout of the desk is nice exactly what I was looking for, but the texturing goes in and out an it's kinda bright .... Nothing I could fix

The texture is kinda bright. Tinting didn't help.. and the mesh is, eh. The other items in this store are great, though.

well, given the price and the pic i wasnt expecting smth that great but in the end, its been a really happy surprise.
Not only it looks really good, but on top it has a good LOD and still it is low LI. And it's mod, so you may resize or customize.

This reception desk, as shown in the photos, looks fantastic inworld! It's the perfect size for my store (currently under construction). I really like the oak texture used, but, when I attempted to change the texture to one of my own, it did not work. There are not multiple faces to texture on this mesh. This is okay, though, and I've just stuck with the desk as delivered!
