As always I am eager to find new mouse/rodent mods that look good, and I am happy with this one, but the skin alone works, it looks good and all, but alas I wish the stripped version was available for maitreya users. also pays to have a friend who can make a fitting texture for the v-tech chest if you use it. all in all, good stuff.
Included skins are bunk
Was forced to use appliers instead of BOM because the included skins are apparently broken. All 15 of them. Also no PG options and I couldn't locate any male skins. Other than that, the parts and HUD are fantastic. I would only recommend this if you're okay with putting up with appliers or if you know how to mess with stuff to get BOM to work properly.
Avatar and his Minuses.
The avatar is very good. What I liked was that the Mouse Head is suitable for collecting the Cat Avatar. I also liked that the creators put there cat teeth there. The minuses in the Mouse Head are that it would be ideal if the creators would put a texture for cat's eyes there past their teeth. Because this eye texture is not clear and too dark to consider the pupil of what shape it is. The minus is that in the HUD, the tongue does not protrude separately in the mouth section, and this saddened me a little. But in general, I recommend a good avatar to everyone who collects avatars of furry cats.

On the example picture this beautiful avatar doesn't really come out.
There are so many beautiful textures but unfortunately not all of them are comparable with each other which unfortunately means that not all textures can be used.

Cutest avatar and amazing HUD!
It took me a while, but I finally got the DSD mouse and basically I love it. I have both the Special Edition and the regular mouse, both in the Maitreya versions. Alas, I bought the Special Edition in world, so I cannot review it here!
If you like DSD then you like a cute style and this may be their cutest avatar yet. The mouse is simply adorably cute. The colors are all well done and the issues mentioned by the last reviewer seem to have been fixed in the current update, or at least I have not had them come up as an issue.
The HUD is simply amazing. I wish I could use this HUD with my other anthro avatar that I use a lot, which is a snow leopard.
Suggestions for improvement? Well, the HUD for the hand, foot and head coloring is laid out kinda oddly. It's a square that does not display all colors at once. So that could be an improvement. But the fact that it displays the UV map as an option is pretty impressive in my book. Also, coloring the body requires a separate applier. That may not be resolveable given the limitations of mesh bodies.
Finally, I'm a little disappointed by the low number of mod kits available since people used to talk about this as if it were going to be the new chinchilla in terms of modding popularity. But that's not DSD's fault and is likely to change over time.
My only real criticism is that the special edition has the body appliers for the regular edition in it, but not the hand/foot/head HUD colors to match. This caused me no end of confusion, so buyers should beware and be careful which version they buy.
Overall, this is a cute, adorable avatar. It has an awesome HUD. I am normally a cat, but I love this avatar too, and I don't just mean as a snack! Well worth the cost, in my opinion, and I'm glad I have it!
