Drifting Thoughts MultiSetup Rezzer v1.2

Join the Drifting Thoughts Update Group to find out when new or upgraded products have been released.

Allows multiple setups for an area, easily switching between them, or clearing the current setup, via dialog. Can have up to 11 setups per rezzer with as many items per setup as needed. The rezzer can place items anywhere in the sim, but only remove items within 100m. Comes with a remote script to allow triggering the dialog from anywhere within 100m, allowing the rezzer to be out of the way. Mod permission is required for each item, and copy is highly recommended as items are deleted when switching setups. Multiple rezzers may be setup in the same area from the same owner, either with the same ID to allow different people access to different setups, and/or different IDs to allow separate setups near each other. Rezzers setup by different people will not interfere with each other. NOTE: This is intended to be used in a static location, the items will be placed in the same point in the sim, not relative to the rezzer and will not move if the rezzer is moved. Also, the scripts are Notrans, which will prevent the items being sold/given to someone else, as this is not intended for selling multipart items.

For each setup, do the following:
- Place each item in the setup where you want it to be
- - Positioning is not relative to the rezzer, but it's exact location in the sim
- - Names of the items do not matter
- It is recommended to link as many together as possible to reduce the number of listeners running
- Put the "MultiSetup Rezzer v1.2 Item" script into each linkset for the setup (do not put the script into every prim, just one per linkset)
- The item will say "Item position and rotation saved."
- Take each item back into inventory
- Create a new prim and put each item into that along with the "MultiSetup Rezzer v1.2 Box" script
- - Look of the box does not matter as it will only be rezzed for a few seconds
- - Only put objects with the "MultiSetup Rezzer v1.2 Item" script in the box, all objects will be rezzed at the location of the main rezzer when used
- Rename the box to identify the contents (Note: Dialogs only show 8 or 9 characters of the name)
- Take the box into your inventory

Setting up the main rezzer:
- Place the "MultiSetup Rezzer v1.2 Main" script and "MultiSetup Rezzer v1.2 Main Settings" notecard into the prim you want to use as the main rezzer.
- Open the Settings notecard
- - If you want to use multiple rezzers, give each one a unique number after 'RezzerID:' without quotes.
- - If you want anyone else to use the rezzer, put one name on each line after 'Allowed:', capitals count. Owner always has access and does not need to be added.
- Place each box into the contents of the main rezzer.
- - The rezzer will scan the contents for boxes and read the names in the Allowed notecard.
- - Do not put any objects other than boxes into the contents, or they will show up in the dialog.
- After it scans the contents, it will say "Rezzer ready" in hovertext for a few seconds.

Optional remote:
- Put the 'MultiSetup v1.2 Remote' script into a prim and set it's Description to the RezzerID of a Rezzer to control.
- The remote can trigger a Main Rezzer from within 100m.

Using:
The owner or anyone in the Allowed list can touch the main rezzer, or a remote, to get the dialog. There is always one button, "ClearItems", which will remove any items with the "DT MultiSetup Rezzer - Item" script in them from the same owner, that have been placed by the rezzer within 100m. There will also be one button for each object in the rezzer, up to 11. When one of the item buttons are pressed, the main rezzer will give the clear items command, then the box will be rezzed at the same position as the main rezzer, which will rez each item in the box and send them to their saved positions. When all items have been rezzed, the box will delete itself.

Note:
When an object is deleted, SL may take a minute or two to remove the prims from the amount used on the parcel, so if the parcel is near the limit, some of the items in the new setup may not rez due to full parcel. Only way around this is to use the ClearItems button, and then either wait a few minutes before rezzing the next setup, or goto the About Land dialog and click on the objects tab, which will force SL to update the number of prims used.
