Entire build is 45 prims, 32m x32m, a 1024 sized land is required, linden plants in picture not included (you can find them in your library). High LOD ensures its visible from a distance. Ambient occlusion shadows (not ray traced) so its nice for people using the shadow viewer. entirely open air and fully textured. Pictures are unedited in-world shots.

Bought this a while ago but am lousy at getting round to reviews. This is unfair on people who create work like this and other items here. Clean lines, good textures. A handsome addition to any environment.
Nice Center/Meeting Area
This is a good build for anyone looking for a center / meeting place area. Just like the Modern cabana it's a nice solid build. It's also very low prims so it will be good for a parcel as small as a standard 32x32 1,024.
