I contacted the creator with a question and she got back to me almost immediately and answered my question.
When I purchased the cake, I was just expecting the cake, but was very pleasantly surprised that it includes the table and decorations as shown in the picture.
I cannot wait to use this cake at my Halloween themed wedding next month.
