The Rouleau is a perfect fit for a small Saskatchewan town where there's not a lot going on, or just an old nondescript building in the middle of an old port city.
Canadian buyers may notice his station is modeled after the Dog River Municipal Police station that appeared on popular TV show and movie 'Corner Gas' (and is named after the town it was mostly filmed in). If you haven't seen the show, I highly recommend you watch it!

This rocks! Well done!
As someone who lives near the small town of Rouleau, Saskatchewan in RL, I can tell you this is "a perfect fit for a small Saskatchewan town where there's not a lot going on." I have been inside, around and through the real building both during the "Corner Gas" filming as a Police Station and in it's regular incarnation as a nice bakery and coffee shop many times. I was a big fan of the show and seeing this building, one of the few things in SL that is "Saskatchewan", and a big pop culture reference for here, is delightful. Deekay has captured the outside perfectly and has done a decent representation of the inside as well. Even if I didn't know the building in RL, I would say this is a good build and a nice old building for SL. Thank you very much Deekay! You warmed this prairie person's heart!
Fantastic
Great, detailed product. Just as described and exceeds expectations.
