[Delirious] Holiday Helper [Mini Release] Version 1.0

Happy Holidays!!!

Made to fit the M3 Head by Utilizator, but will fit kemono, human, and other heads. Tested it with hair, works well with hair that doesn't stick all over the place like most other hats.

[MR] Mini Release: These items will be random and usually non-avatar specific. In the past i have had people tell me i should start selling some of the random things i make. So from now on I will have a mini release category of items on my marketplace, selling these smaller/random items.

NO this is not Hamburger Helper related OMG. But anyways, during this christmas season while getting gifts ready and doing holiday errands, things can get dangerous if you are charging everywhere at high speeds. This holiday hat has enough festive lights to be seen from a space station, and works really well to make sure when you are running down the street at 1am in a blizzard to get a few more presents since you had to sell your car for more moneh, that no-one will smash you with their vehicles!
