The doors windows and cabinet use Kool Door scripts, as owner you can set the access (owner, group, everyone, list of names) and auto-close time. These are also up gradable to the RP version
Material textures were used, you need to have "Advanced Lighting" checked in preferences to see the added detail

CAUTION! Its great but one major flaw/bug
I love it. But there's an issue that if anyone clicks the structure anywhere the whole thing switches to a convex hull and that makes the physics shape of the whole thing one big solid object. Meaning it will continue to push any avatar that's inside of it out. For the price that's a major bug, But if you are a bit creative and versed in LSL then by all means remove all scripts from this building and do it up yourself. It is moddable after all. If that bug wasn't there I'd recommend this but unless it gets fixed I would not recommend this at all unless you know how to rescript many of its features.
ADORABLE!!! This is the cutest Little Castle with way more than pictured!!
A home in a box, mostly ready to go... Pop in your bed, kitchen table and a few chairs and whatever nick knacks you need ... may be put a fire under the giant cauldron that is already in the kitchen area, although there is a fire in the stove. :) There are skeletons in the dungeon, Books in the Bedroom... or whatever room you decide to turn it into.
It is a rez and set item... as soon as you rez it... it is a land unto it's own... It is on it's own hill, has vegetation and decoration. You don't have to do anything to it except add your favorite furniture. It is small enough to fit anywhere and big enough to function as a home.
