Demonic Horns made from Vertebrae bones (Vertebra Horn Style II) with low-lag resize and more

Vertebra horns II. Low-lag script using latest LSL features (no child-prim scripts -- these are the main source of lag in other approaches).

Size, width, color, a rotation, and more can be changed using a "control prim":
- Rez control prim or attach it to HUD.
- Change the prim's properties using standard SL Edit (color, alpha, shininess, bump, glow, or fullbright).
- Click the prim for a menu that lets you transfer those properties to the horns:
"verts" transfers to the vertebra prims.
"discs" transfers to the disc prims between the vertebrae.
"tips" transfer to the tips on the ends of the horns.
- Click "Size" to change the size of the horns and "Width" to change the distance between left and right horns. 11 choices for each.
- Sit on control prim and click "Rotation" to turn horns more foreward or backward (different than standard edit rotation).
