Designer Prims Romantic Loft Space (furnished) – 100%Mesh
This wonderful loft space has huge feature windows with optional mesh blinds, semi wrap around balcony, exposed beams and lots of streaming sunlight. Baked shadows give this home a beautiful realistic ambiance. It is perfect for your small to average size plot.
There are two versions in the pack, one with balcony and door for outside access if you wish to rezz on the ground and one without which is more suitable asv a skybox.
A simple click texture change menu allows you change the brick and floor textures, this home also features beautifully detailed mesh blinds which can be visible or not visible.
With the Land Impact/Prims at a mere 20, this loft is perfect for your small to medium size plot. It will rezz with the book shelf & books adding a further 8 prims, the shelving is not linked so you can delete it if you don’t require it. Also included is a furniture pack containing all you see in the pics (expect the vase on the floor which you can pick up at Urbanized). The accessories in the shelving can be unlinked and reused, the boxes and books are only 1 prim each.

First there is no way to get to the door without jumping over a concrete wall...LOL. Yes great architecture that.
Second there is no furniture as it claims to include
Third its not actually cheap if it has flaws, and one can buy better quality for less anyway
The best skybox
I've been looking at skyboxes for 2 days and this has everything I wanted and more. This one fit exactly the width of my small parcel 24 m) if I don't have a balcony. (although I love balconies) It was very easy to set up and easy to change the textures. The furniture and textures are high quality. Overall I'm very pleased. I spent 5x more money on other boxes just to try them out and all I got was some spare furniture that I will use in this box. Thank you so much!

Great Little Skybox
I wanted to downsize and found this great skybox by Elle. It's the second time I buy one of her creations and I'm still very pleased with her work. I really like the possibility to change the floor and wall textures. As others already stated, the shades don't close entirely, but if you use this building as a skybox, you shouldn't be bothered by neighbours ;) The furnitures are really nice too.

Excellent quality, space, and value
For the price you can't find a nicer build. I'd love to see texture change options for the beams, more variety in the brick selections (how many version of white are there?), and I wish the shutters would close completely. But honestly, for $99? I *LOVE* this space and have gotten TONS of compliments on it. JUST big enough.
P.S. You can solve the lack of shutter options by creating an additional prim that sits just inside the windows and putting a touch-to-tint script in it (I found one for free, just google it). Works like a charm.
