The author made an update to this based on some feedback of the last version literally a day after I asked them. Thank you!
Anyone considering buying this for an urban theme should know it's great, has stairs to second floor now and space to add a door and balcony for upstairs. Each face is texturable and each part is able to be unlinked and moved.
