Buyer Beware: Item Not Delivered, Creator Doesn't Respond to Notecard

I purchased this item on the marketplace, but I didn't receive it (even though sl marketplace said it was delivered). I sent the creator a notecard, but I have to receive a reply. In addition, the store no longer exists in SL.
