Are those pesky arms of yours a pain? Do you keep bumping your funny-bone (which is never ever fun, despite the name!) on things, and desire retribution? Looking for a solution to your incurable kleptomania? Perhaps you just want to be a store mannequin?

Then Disarmed! is for you. Using the latest in Completely H'armless Arm-Removal technology, we've come up with a way to help you achieve your WILDEST DREAMS! (provided your wild dreams involve the removal of arms, of course). Simply attach our patented Arm Caps to your shoulders and you're set!

(Warning: Not intended for use on other bodily areas. Neither *nom* nor Batche Manen can be held responsible for theft, dysfunction, or other inadvertant loss of limbs. Do not attempt to drive or operate heavy machinery without limbs. Do not use (on baby) whilst pregnant. Please, think of the grid; Recycle discarded limbs.)

Disarmed! is an easy, fun, and invisprim-free way to completely remove your arms, leaving only a smooth clean stump of a shoulder behind. Just wear - click - detach, and voila! Your arms are lying on the floor, and you need never worry about cold fingers, papercuts, or ill-fitting gloves again!

Could really use a "Turn off deny touch" RLV option.

To preface, I use a renamer script that automatically renames me with RLV, so I can't just solve this by turning off RLV. My only complaint, is that there's no capacity to toggle off deny-touch when using this as a simple RP prop.

I totally get the reason behind why it doesn't, but it's unfortunately made using it for scenes where I don't want to be RLV restricted a little inconvenient.

Past that? Very versatile limb caps. They blend decently even in modern SL. They also work with male avatars, which is fantastic because there's no other shoulder cap options available for men.

Really fun and great product.

This product uses animations to detach one or both arms if your avatar- a really clever way to take arms off without alphas or invisiprims! If you want to get rid of just one arm, and you don't want to use a mesh body, this will do the trick. Most animations don't interfere with it.
It's not bloody or overly erotic, despite having RLV enabled, so you can use it anywhere without being creepy.

Absolutely fantastic

The description doesn't do it justice at all. It gives the impression it might be alphas, both arms at once, and such - this isn't the case at all. Each arm is individually removeable, and it doesn't use any alpha layers. Just click on your shoulder and tell it to fall off. And it does!

My favourite item in SL. Ever.

I absolutely adore this. Its well coded, well made, fun, and most of all it caters to one of my weirdest, deepest fantasies ;)

And personally if a new version was to come out from the *nom* store, perhaps a mesh one with a couple new functions or something, I'd buy that too, even for double the price. I'm THAT much of a fan, and the funny thing is I'd never role-played anything like this till I stumbled across the gadget by accident.

Now I spend most of my time in SL sans arms, and don't get them returned, even if I wanted them back!
