Dock and Fishing House Versión 1.1

I love the way this is build, it totally fits the purpose i got it for and its low prims with high quality!
What else could i wish for? <3

Nice building, but i wonder why the creator made the meshes so odd and forgot to texture one area?

1. Railing are meshed together with the ground floor, to me this is stupid because i wanted to replace the floor with my own to get rid of the baked shadows (which i also hate).

2. The concrete stairs are also linked to that same floor, again my question are why??? Give your customers a choice to remove it if they don't need it. Also if this stairs and the railing was separate objects i could simply re-texture it - aka no need to make my own ground floor.

3. The texture on the underside of the decking in front are missing, just a solid white face there, again something that i hate to see as it tell me this must have done in a hurry.

I was going to give this build 5 stars, but after seeing all this i'll just give it 3... still if you can live with it and use it as is then i guess it's a nice build. If you need to customize it i woul suggest to search for something else.

This version is much improved over version 1.0. Well done Lim :]
Having separate components makes it much more versatile, and the textures inside are full perm now, so you can actually save them and modify them to your liking :]
