ZARK - Door Buster

- Rezzes a door in front of you that is then kicked in by your avatar,
breaking it from the frame and shooting forward.

- HUD Button or Gesture Controlled

- Option to customize the pre-kick 'knock' sound to any of your liking,
simply edit and paste the UUID into the HUD's object description text box.

- Now includes a version that will eject the first avatar hit with the door from the parcel,
only if you have the required land permissions.

- Various tweaks and improvements.

- Land rez permissions checks were hit-or-miss so feature was removed.
