This building is created with Mesh components. You need a Mesh enabled viewer to see this structure correctly. When in doubt, visit my inworld store and rezz a preview there.
The Land Impact as printed on the box (formally Prim Count) is for the building delivered "as is" after deleting the rezz scripts!!!
