This scans once a minute, anyone detected more than once in a row will be IM'd to you. You will not get another IM about them till they are not detected for 4 minutes. Will not IM if your offline.
Set the description of the prim the script is in to how far in whole meters you want it to scan (just numbers up to 96). The "Visitor Alert Ignore List" notecard contains names to not react to. Put one name per line, capitals must match.
Touch to reset script and adjust scan distance.
