This mesh come with good physic shape and only take 1 prim (default size) from you land.

This mesh is the one from my product "[E] Simple Mesh Crate V 1.0 Full Perm". It come with Copy and Modify permission. So you can use it to decorate your home/land/building. You can also texturing this mesh easily by download texture template. You will get link when you rez the mesh and click on it.
