Your biggest problem might be decorating such a large space (hahaha - have fun).
Footprint is 37x50m - Height: 25m - easily fits on a 64x64m (4096m) parcel.
(Note: a smaller 'Epica Personal Edition' is also in the works).
Includes a FREE copy of our 64X64m EZ-Rez Platform with Texture Changer in case you need to rez this build as a Skybox.
We recommend positioning platform on ground level first - then derez and move rezbox to desired elevation.
