This is an earth globe, made with highly detailed and very realistic 1024x512 textures (not the freebie textures that you find sometimes here).
The globe is copy, modify and resizable - 0,01 to 10 meters. So you can use it inside your home or above your parcel in the sky.
The globe is slowly rotating and there is a realistic high detailed 1024x512 earth cloud map that rotates around the globe at a different speed. So it gives a really nice and realistic impression.
You will get 2 versions (see pictures):
1. The globe at daytime
2. The globe at night - you see only the lights of the large cities and metropolises on earth

Very nicely done. Good value.
I placed it somewhat below and in front of my mountain/lake skybox, so when you walk out toward the edge of the box, it appears that you're looking at Earth from a platform high in orbit. Just make sure to select both prims if you want to move or resize it after you've unlinked them.
