Hi thank you for your interest in my Auction Stall.
This is an easy to set up rentable auction stall, that when rented takes bids on the tenants set out items.
Owners can set:
:Rental price:
:Bid increase amount:
:House cut amount:
:Prims allowed:
:Add a manager:
:Add split income partner:
:Set split amount:
Both owners and tenants can set the start price and start the auction time or end it any time.
The auction stall rents time out by the hour and tenants can choose from 1 to 4 hours set at the owners price OR pay for as much as they like.
The auction time does not start until the tenant has set the starting price and set their items out this gives them time to set up and if the owner wants to start the auction at a certain time then they can do so.
Once the auction time has been started people can click the stalls sign to bid, they then get a menu to ask if they want to bid and it tells them how much they are about to be for. The current bid / next bid will be for / auction time left tenants name / last to bids name are all displayed in easy to read text above the stalls sign. When a bid is made the last to bid is sent an im saying they have been out bid and how much the new bid is, they also get a tp offer to bid again for easy access.
Once the auction time has ended the winning bidder is sent an im telling them they won and the sellers name to pay, they also get a note card to remind them to pay the seller. They get a link to sellers profile too and the seller gets a link to winners profile for easy communication.
The stall stores the winners name and winning bid amount so owner / manager or seller can click for info.
If the owners have set a house cut percent to be paid of final sale amount, then the stall tells the seller how much this is and the seller can pay the stall this amount.
Here are the options the owner can set by note card:
#PRICE INCREASE AMOUNT
This is how much each bid will rise by example:
if 20 and price is 50 next bid will be 70.
#RENTAL COST
The amount you wish to rent your stalls out for by the houre.
#PRIM COUNT
How many prims you allow the tenants to rez.
#HOUSE CUT PERCENT
This is the percent of the final payment you want to take as commission, this can be 0 if you feeling kind :)
#KEY OF MANAGER TO OPERATE THE STALL
The key of your manager goes here if no manager needed just put 0.
#KEY OF AVI TO SPLIT INCOME WITH
The key of avi to split income with if not needed just a 0 here please.
#THE PERCENT OF INCOME TO BE PAID IN SPLIT
The percent to split income by example:
if 50 then half income goes to split partner.
*Start price is easy to set by menu you simply type the amount in a text box and hit submit*

Amazing Bid Stall
It gets no better then this.....I was about to spend 7500L on another bid stall till I looked over this one saved me lots of money and does great in my meeroo store Roo-End. This one does everything that the high dollar ones do and actually does more surprisingly.
