Tail: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/BIOP-Bento-Lion-Tail/10873368 I use the hud that came with [M.O.R] bento demon tail with it to animate it! The lion tail doesn't have animations but it was cheap and what I needed.

Kemono Body: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/UTILIZATOR-Kemono/6070005
Or any Omega capable body like Maitreya, Belleza, exc.

To use the appliers, wear them and click them. Some bodies may need you to have an omega relay.

To apply the tail, ears, and trunk textures: Go to a sandbox or somewhere you can rez your parts out on the ground. You add the textures like any other mod, by right clicking them, going to the texture tab, and pulling the texture from your inventory to the texture box or the the item rezzed on the ground.

Applying the head texture is a little more time consuming. Rez it on the ground, Right click it and make sure edit linked is checked. Scroll through the textures and replace any head texture with the new one from your inventory. For this mod, I made the whiskers transparent by making their opacity 100%.

Cutest little thing!

I honestly love this mod, the only thing I can saaay is I wish the trunk's light gray on the nose area was lighter like the body (for the omega) on the kemono it matches nicely but the omega could use just a liiittle bit of work. Otherwise, this is the freaking CUTEST mod I have ever bought. Reminds me of a cute doll ♥ you don't see many elephant avatars around in SL. If exotic furries/anthro avatars are your thing, I'd definitely recommend this!
