Instructions:
( Keep in mind these are named store/agency/house because its a structure that can be used for a house or for commercial purposes. It can also function as an agency with offices.

Upon buying you will receive The Rez-Free Anchor 1.55 House/Agency/Store, which is the actual structure. You will also receive the lamp, 1 prim sculpted flowers, the cherry rug, Stairs, a Fireplace, French Chandelier, 4 door options with a notecard about Master script- locking mechanisms.

ALL ARE FULL PERM

You can rez the actual structure one easy way using the rez-free anchor. Just drag it. Keep in mind, this is located a little to the left of the front of the structure nearest the leftmost main door in the first level- Just click on rez and wait till it loads. This useful box gives you the option to move and rotate the structure despite it not being linked. The reason for it not being linked is because the stairs need to be alpha and the door's opening/closing mechanism goes haywire when linked.

Although the actual rez-free anchor box says its no modify, everything inside is full perm. It's only the box that is no modify.

You can also make it invisible, and you can click derez when you want to take out the building. If you want to lock the doors or make it opaque on the outside for privacy, there's many door options with the instructions for the locking mechanisms.

You can do with them as you please! Please keep in mind though, that I have worked long hours for this, and it would be nice if you keep the integrity by not reselling, UNLESS, you change it enough to make it your own.

The structure is about 40 by 40, so it is spacious enough. It has a balcony, and two floors with three offices. One of these, if not all ,can be converted into mini-stores.

The structure also includes blinds that when touched can be closed, semi-opened or opened.

Overall the structure has a breezy feel with a commercial/modern quality. Yet it is still very classy.
